The Hitchhiker’s Guide to Natural Living© is your ticket to Hacking a Healthier Lifestyle©. There are too many choices, so much information and some of it is even conflicting. Don’t panic! By the end of this class you will know what your personal best choices are and have the tools to make those choices moving forward.

The full program includes 6 classes. Each class will provide independent information, but we will build upon our knowledge as we go. Participants can purchase the whole program or attend single classes based on interest. Get one class FREE when you purchase the full 6 class program.

Individual Class $25: Class space is limited, and priority will be given to paid full programs. Individual classes are first come, first served. Drop-ins are not guaranteed a seat in the class.

Full Program $125: All 6 classes are included but you only pay for 5! A seat in each class is guaranteed.

Each class will include handouts, samples, discounts at local and online businesses, discussions, and Q&A.

Class time: Every other Saturday 2pm-4pm. Class starts promptly at 2pm. Please feel free to arrive a few minutes early and enjoy a refreshing herbal drink or hot tea.
