About Jerilyn
Jerilyn has lived, worked, and studied the natural health industry for 25 years. Her formal training in herbs, body work, and energy work sparked further study of specialty diets, superfoods, and supplements. Jerilyn’s passion, developed over many years, has landed squarely on whole-clean-local food, fermented food, deeply healing food, and balanced use of supplements. She brings a unique “wholistic” approach to getting and staying healthy and vibrant. Most of all, Jerilyn enjoys helping others navigate the overwhelming choices now available to the natural health consumer.
Personally, Jerilyn is deeply involved in naturally fermented foods. She ferments her own goat milk kefir, water kefir, coconut water kefir, vegetables and condiments. She is also a vocal advocate for local organic farming, CSA and farm shares. Jerilyn practices and teaches natural healing and clean food for healthy and vibrant living.
